I wait weeks for certain paperwork that keeps my benefits on. I almost lose everything every time. The final straw was when I needed a simple form filled out or I would lose the ONE AND ONLY opportunity I had to get my 6 month old into a suitable living environment. I almost lost it, and would have my infant son living in the street. He was told this several times. I'm shocked at how irresponsible this doctor is knowing my baby's wellbeing was at stake. I'm glad I found another doctor. No one should have nail-biting days and sleepless nights wondering if this week they will lose everything because he hadn't filled out their form.

The doctor is amazing W/ great bed side manner. Very compassionate, and his staff is a great group of ladies. Calm and caring atmosphere. Very welcoming.

Dr chidi is a nice doctor, but he is slow, he will keep you waiting 3 to 4 hours before he sees you. and his staff Alisha is very rude, unprofessional, and lazy. she will not get patient's paperwork together in a timely fashion and she will run you around for weeks bcuz she has not done the paper work properly.

Love Dr. Chidi. He cares so much about you. The lady at the front desk with the dreads is so so nice and the lady in the back that do vitals is so nice as well. I just love them all!!!!
