I have never been so unimpressed. Pricey and what for? I have never had a pedicure chip so quickly eveerrrr. It is a huge pet peeve when the sides of the nails aren't painted and this was the case for my mani&pedi. My nails are all jagged and uneven. I asked for a nail strengthening treatment and no one could understand what I was asking for, so I pointed to it on the spa manicure list, they grabbed it, and never used it despite the fact I kept asking for it. What? It was frustrating that they didn't know about a listed service. They didn't cut or file my toes, which I would have wanted, and I arrived after two other women were already getting started on their pedicures and I finished before them! I felt like the woman was rushing and the fact I was the last to arrive but first to finish kind of proved that to me. I paid with card before starting my nails. When I was drying them I was asked if I needed change, which I obviously didn't as I paid with card, and the attendant motioned to reach into my wallet and asked "this wad?" for her tip. She opened MY wallet. I was taken aback and truthfully was going to use the ATM to get a cash tip, but her pushy tactic left her with my measly amount of change. Despite being unimpressed and aggravated over the strengthening treatment miscommunication, I was still going to tip accordingly until she outright asked and made a move for her tip. Overall, I was severely disappointed and it was a dang treat to myself on my birthday. I definitely don't recommend. Also, it doesn't look like they properly clean and/or sterilize beyond spritzing equipment with what I hope was alcohol... Gross!

I've finally found a nail salon that does pedicures as it used to be done about a decade ago! I'm talking about the pedicure experience that does not feel rushed...foot massage & a brief back massage included - as part of the BASIC pedicure! With this place, you don't have to wonder if the pedicure was worth the price paid, because it is.

My six year old daughter and I got manicures and pedicures. The bill was $98 before tip. Our usual nail salon (on South Street) charges $64 for the same services, and our neighborhood salon also gives complimentary massages. Cosmos charged me an additional $10 to use the week-long polish. My usual salon charges me an extra $2. And, Cosmos does not post prices for its services, so you just get shocked at the end. In short, Cosmos is not a good value.

Cosmos Nails is a teeny bit more expensive than other places, but it's completely worth it. Each manicure comes with a hand/arm and neck/back massage. Pedicures come with a wonderful hot stone massage. Also, the ladies at Cosmos are very detail-oriented and work hard to ensure you've had a great experience. If you are planning a trip to Cosmos Nails, plan to bring cash for a tip- they don't do tips on cards and you can't use a card in any transaction that is less than $20.

Went in for emergency nail problem and they turned me away...on the glass it says "Walk-ins are welcome" which is false advertising...and no customers were in there I will never go back!
