This salon is very customer oriented. From the reception to the actual hair cut, the staff is always friendly and courteous. My stylist is Hope and she is amazing. She is super knowledgeable, always does a spot on job, and is very friendly. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here for years. My stylist is Jae and he is AMAZING!!! I have also had Sunny for color and she too is creative and really knows her colors. Everyone here is professional, friendly and don't forget to use their spa services. I would recommend them any day!!

Excellent salon! Professional and super friendly atmosphere. Love this place I've been getting my hair colored here for several years always walk out confident and smiling.

The last time I was there (a few months back) the stylist was pleasant but didn't listen to anything I said about my hair. I asked for a darker color than what I had, I got basically my same color with no change. Nor did she style the way I had requested. Overcharged for nothing amazing. I was very upset with my service but being that I don't like to cause a riff. I left and just took the hit I guess. I attempted to call today and try again for a makeup service and hair. The gal who answered hung up on me TWICE when I tried to explain my last visit and how I wanted to be with someone who would listen. She said well we can't control who you get scheduled with you can confirm or not it's up to you. I told her I chose last time and her response was you still might get her. She said hold on and hung up. WHAT!!!! When I called back they put me on hold and again hung up. I will NEVER GO TO THIS SALON EVER!! Staff is rude, unprofessional and honestly not worth it. Overpriced for mediocre services.

Always happy with the fabulous color Marsha does in Tacoma (my hair is difficult). No one else has been able to perfect what she has. Also extremely happy with my amazing haircuts and blowouts Kyle does for me in Bellevue. I am constantly getting compliments!
