They were busy and I had an appointment. Didn’t have to wait too long to be seated but waited over 20 minutes once I was seated. Then the girl doing my toes got up and went to go help someone else more than 5 times before my nails were complete. I wanted a simple toe polish change. I went with my sister who got a full set. She was finished before me. I was extremely disappointed. Would rate zero stars if I could.

I just enjoyed a relaxing visit to Nail Parlor. The people working there are very friendly and do a wonderful job on my pedicures and gel manicures. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Great atmosphere and awesome vibe with nice people. I definitely recommend checking them out. It's in a nice area with different shops in the shopping area. You are offered complimentary beverages with your service. There are different pedicure options for you to choose from. They always have great music on, and everyone is very nice there. Everyone does a great job.

Scheduled an appointment and sat for 30 mins. Walked out and no one cared. No one interacted with us
