Very disappointing place. It was going to be my first time getting work done , which I'm happy I didn't at the end of the day. Because I walked in said hello looked around and not even 2 sec of being inside I simply asked for a menu to see what all work they offered what prices they had to see what I wanted to get done and the owner responded why do you need a menu we don't have time to do what you want. So I said thank you and walked out. The place smelled way to much like polish I guess they don't have the new mechanic to calm the smell down also it wasn't clean at all.

Friendly, respectful and they scheduled me in for a pedi and mani 1/2 an hour before they were supposed to close! awsome!

They were able to get me in for a pedicure on short notice. Prices are very reasonable and Jennifer did a great job!

I don't normally write reviews but I feel more inclined because I have gotten in the practice of reading other's reviews BEFORE I spend my money someplace. I stopped in to Red Nails because it was late in the day and they were close by. I had never been there before but wanted to de-stress a bit. I asked for a pedicure with no appointment so I waited patiently for my turn. A chair came available to which I was directed. Unfortunately, the person did not take the time to test the water before she walked away. The water was cold and not comfortable at all. I understood I was a walk-in but they had said they could do it so I kind of expected at least a modicum of attention to be paid with regard to the care & comfort of my feet if nothing else. I closed my eyes to try to relax while I waited but there was so much commotion going on that there was no sense. When the tech finally got around to doing my pedicure (30 mins later) it was a rushed job. My feet were in the water, out of the water, a 2-min leg massage, and sloppy polish job. I was not impressed and will not return.
