I will never go to Nails 3000 in Zanesville again. I took my daughter in there to start her bday weekend off right. We got our fingers polished all was well then we asked to get our toes done, he said no I dont want to. When I asked why he became belligerent and stated he was not going to. I asked Kim one of the other techs what the deal was and she ignored me. I have been getting my nails done here for the last 6yrs. I have never had any issues until today and always tip.

Staff was wonderful and polite AND the very first place since last year that Covid became a problem that actually followed all protocols to keep every one safe!!! Pretty impressive!

Fixed my nails made them look much better...will definitely use them again ....
