The lady would not listen when I kept telling her I did not want gel because she made my friend's gel look terrible and when she gave me a fill in it was terrible. She kept filing my cuticle, on one nail she filed my nail off so now it's exposed skin in the middle of my nail, and she did the thinnest coat of acrylic possible. It was so thin that when she wiped my nails off the acrylic that she put on top of my new growth came off. Then she acted like she didn't see so I had to point it out to her. The nails are so fragile and thin and chip so easily. And she told me one price when I walked in then wanted to charge me extra for her mistake. If I could give no stars I would
