Where to start
Getting ahold of someone via phone is impossible so do not bother. They don’t take appointments anyway.
We requested a manicure and an acrylic fill. Sounds simple, even for me who knows 0 about nails. What I do know is what a rounded edge looks like and these were not rounded edges intact the end result ended up looking like ski slopes. There was no cleaning done under the nail. The cuticles were left untouched. The coating for the paint was uneven. The acrylics were filled poorly. My girlfriend had to ask 4 times to round a nail better. Our technician had to call another person over just to understand our simple request for a rounded edge.
There was no manicure so her hands ended up dry.
Never returning, strongly advise others avoid this place as well until they decide to stop rushing customers.

Staff was nice and didn't keep people waiting too long. I did a walk in on a Saturday morning and was helped within 10 minutes. I got a polish change on hands and feet. I'm not very happy that the polish is chipping after a day. Although, the service was only 10 dollars so I couldn't expect that much. They charge a 2 dollar fee if you pay with card and they make it clear they prefer cash tip too.

I have enjoyed going here as they have been attentive and the place is clean (the pedi tubs are clean). I tried making an appointment before and they said they were only accepting walk-ins. The wait was standard for being a walk-in.

The last two times I’ve gone here my acrylics have snapped off 2 days after getting them done. And every time I call during business hours my cal is forwarded. Very unprofessional.
