Bought a vehicle here in 2016, a year later structural (frame) damage popped up on the Carfax. The dealer I recently traded it into had a BIG problem with this, but after much convincing the deal worked out. (Apparently a bank won't finance a vehicle with frame damage). This must of been a previous accident that was either covered up by them or the dealer they purchased it from with a delayed report from Carfax. How could a dealer not be aware of this type of damage?! I'd probably be contacting the dealer and/or taking legal action if I weren't able to trade it in at the price I wanted.

I bought 2 cars from these guys. It was a great experience. I got 2 good cars for a reasonable price. I will send my friends and family to them.

Frank was very nice, made buying a car for our daughter easy. We left with a beautiful car for a great price, as we knew kbb value, and he honored that, no problem at all.

My son got a 2003 Grand AM on Monday. It's Tuesday and already over heated on his,way to work and there us no antifreeze. Not happy parents. Kelly's Lars did send it to their mechanic and get it fixed. So happy parents now. Thank you Kelly's kars.
