Susie takes care of her customers like family. She gives transparent advices/recommendations on hair and skin improvements. Works with passion and uses quality products. I have been a loyal customer even before she opened her own salon. More power Susie!

The only reason i gave one star isn’t bc i can’t give zero stars!!! I came in with hair to my shoulders, i asked for a bob...i told her specifically not to cut the front shorter, i wanted it square and straight. Susie did exactly what i specifically asked her not to do. She cut the left front side shorter and angled it up instead of straight. So i am left with an uneven haircut that will now take months to grow out. Susie overbooks clients bc all she cares about is money.
She rushes her work and isn’t careless. If you care about your hair do not go to this salon!!!
I’m a hairdresser so i understand the business, i am also very observant do i pay attention to what the stylists do and how they work. The last time i made an appointment with Susie she booked me while she had a client in her chair just starting her color, she had two people waiting including me, i walked out wen she took a personal phone call during her service making everyone wait on her. She isn’t not professional, she does not listen to what u want, she barley speaks English so it’s already difficult to communicate with her.
I will never go back!!!!!!

Came in for a trim and to keep the layers, left with only the bottom layer v shaped with the rest boxed off. Not bad front cut but completely cut my hair off. Had nearly waist length going in, shoulder length going out. Better for people without curly hair and is okay with shorter hair.
