I did a gel manicure last week. I came in today for a pedicure and asked for a fresh top coat and file for my nails and they wanted to charge $10 when in every other nail salon it costs $3-$5. Ridiculous.

I got my toes done there and they did a wonderful job. Going back tomorrow to get my nails done.

I went once there 2 years ago and the service provided was terrible. I decided to give it a try again few weeks ago, since it is really near to my house. First time I went back service provided was much more better than it used to be, so I decided to go again today. While I was getting g my pedi done, my provider offered me a massage for 10 min/$11, that I have accepted. After one minute, I have kindly ask her to stop since it was far from a massage. She started to scream at me saying it was not a massage place! She was super rude! So I have ask her to finish the pedi and I left. I do not recommend that place. The quality is really so, so and the staff is really not nice.

I was cut multiple times there - both on manicure and pedicure. I have been coming there for about 2 years because of convenience - but considering finding a different place. It’s also not very clean, last time the specialist after doing my pedicure wanted to use all the same tools on my hands without even clearning them. When I pointed it out - he wiped the instruments and continued.

I went a handful of times and gave them the benefit of the doubt due to proximity, even after smelling the chemical fumes, which are not good for anyone’s health (they don’t have adequate air circulation - unless they leave the back door open which isn’t always the case). That said, I haven’t had has as many problem with the gel manicure quality (they’re not great and other places work lasts longer but again it’s closer to home). I have had many more issues with the staff’s lack of courteous behavior, their inability to communicate and run a business properly, and the quality of regular manicures and pedicures, which are often done by unskilled/the least skilled staff. For my last manicure the polish itself was clearly was too thick and yet he insisted on using it even though it was clumping and he kept redoing bulging areas. Of course it chipped, cracked, and flaked just a day afterwards. Given the low quality of service from all of the staff and their inability to never have enough people around so timely service and appointments aren’t possible, I unfortunately have to recommend that you do not waste your money or time here and go little bit farther to another place that knows how to run a business and treat its customers, that will also deliver better quality nail results.
