Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody to have their nails done. I arrived 5 minutes early and was told to have a seat at her table. For the first 10 minutes she was on her phone texting. She then ask what I wanted done. I replied I needed a new set .She proceeded to drill the old polish and acrylic off. She then asked what color I wanted. She never even started to put a new set of nails on. I told her I wanted a bright coral for summer. One of her co workers brought over a couple of colors. When she finished fling she proceeded to start painting my nails with one of them. It was no where near what I wanted and i told her. She stopped and started looking thru all the bottles for a different color. After finding the right one she just started painting again over the top of the other polish. It had glitter in it so my nails have lumps of glitter under the other polish. The polish is really thin. You can see streaks in the polish and I've had to clean my fingers where she left polish on the sides of my fingers. The tech wasn't happy that I didn't like the color they chose and got in a big hurry trying to finish me when she had 2 show up for appointments at the same time and just wanted me to get out of her chair. I will never go back to her.

Awful experience. I called to reserve a time to get my nails done and then she proceeded to make me wait for 40 minutes after my appointment time(would've waited another 20 minutes if I didn't speak up) with people that didn't have an appointment. I was told it would be about 15 mins when I first got there and that's why I decided to stay and wait. Had my acrylic nails removed and it doesn't even seem like she removed them completely and then did the worst manicure. My nails are uneven and the nail polish wasn't spread evenly and looks awful.

I'm not ready to review this business since I have only used the nail services. Due to miscommunication on appointment time with the new nail service, I will register my review once my fourth trip has been completed. Photos will be included.
On aside, the owner and staff of New Image have been cordial and professional each time I have visited. Customers, with whom I have shared the waiting area, have been upbeat in attitude and friendly. Adding to the cheerful atmosphere.

Pedicure was good, kinda dirty, not been deep cleaned in a while, manicure was rushed and acted like she didn't want to do it.

Good place to go to get your hair, nails or tanning. Friendly stuff
