Donna is amazing! I love how my cut and color turned out! I will definitely be going back, no questions asked. This was my first time to Shampoo one and probably one of the best experiences I've had. If you're looking for a new hair stylist, please go see her! Everyone that I interacted with at Shampoo One was great!

Very disaponted! I made my first appoiment with denise with 2 weeks in advance. I drove 30 mins to get there sat 8:12am for a 8:30am appoiment and to find out that she called out 'sick' and no one else could see me and suggested that i go to another salon. So Unprofessional. The hair dresser had my facebook and could have messaged me the night before to let me know that she wasnt going to be there. There's no communication whatsoever. Not returning

Best Salon I have ever been to! Becky is amazing! She is an incredible stylist. Everyone there is so friendly! The salon is so beautiful inside! Really classy! I highly recommend you check them out!
