I arrived at the regal nails at 5:50pm signed in talk to an employee about a fill in and a nail fix. I sat there for an hour when another employee asked me to come back the next day. Mind you they had the nerve to let someone else who came 15 minutes after, sign in after, and bo appointment go ahead of me. I explain that to them and they still didnt rectify the problem that was caused by them .They have horrible customer service and this isn't their first time.

Absolutely horrible experience, one star for their cheap prices but that’s about it. Not sanitary, no customer service, and just an overall bad job on the actual nails. The people there are not at all kind but instead giving ugly looks (they don’t even say hi or welcome you). I noticed that they do not replace anything after being used by another person. Most nail polishes their are dried out and old, you’d probably do a better job doing it yourself!

Worst place I have glue in all my fingers badly the application of the paint and the paint in bad condition and the nail is not smooth and I have acrylic under the nail

Staff was extremely rude and impatient when asked to choose another color and just entirely like I was a bother to them. Work was ok

I went there yesterday and came home with a scraped up finger! My cuticle was gone, and was itching like crazy! Never EVER going back to that place.
