It is illegal to demand that customers pay for a service before it is provided. This was my first visit, and the Asian woman and man here were not friendly. I was asked what I wanted and given a mask and pointed to a seat. When the woman was ready, she was very curt. She barked out orders to me, telling me to move up more as she pointed to a sign that said that I must pay in advance. Then, she continued to rant that their shop has been there 50 years, which is a lie since I am a native of Syracuse, and everyone has always paid in advance. Then, she put her hands on her hip to let me know that my eyebrows would not be done until I paid! Since I was pressed for time, I paid. She then said thin or medium? I answered medium, and she preceded to wax, tweeze, and cut my eyebrows to her satisfaction. Then, she put her hands on her hips again and said, I'm done. Then, she pointed to a full length mirror on the wall and told me that I could look at my eyebrows there. Though she did a good job, I will never go back. Again, it's illegal to demand full payment before a service is provided. Had I not been satisfied, there would have been no recourse for me. Plus, the woman was so rude, I wouldn't have felt comfortable asking her to fix anything, as I know the request would have been met with an even worse attitude.

This is one of the worst nail salons I have been too regarding ambience, service and payment. The lady who did my nails was very rough, she didn’t to be my cuticle just touched the nails tools to my nails and was over with it. She definitely needed glasses as she was trying wipe nail polish off the sides of my fingers and missed completed where she should wipe from even after I told she wasn’t able to see it I assume. The mail polish job was horrible and a mess, she asked me to dip my nails in cold water, and didn’t even give a massage after. She did my painted my nails and that’s all. She charged me $35 for absolutely nothing. I didn’t even have gel nails on before for her to charge so much. I have been 100s of nail salons in my life and this has got to be one of the worst. Even SF salons didn’t charge this much and did so much more. I will never go there again. Ria Garg MD.

This was the worst salon I've ever gone to. Not only they don't know any even basic designs like french but also their work is really messy, ugly and all messed up.
I said I am not satisfied with my nails and they said if we want to fix it we will charge you twice. Coloring is the last step and because I paid before then I couldn't get my money back and I am really disappointed for loosing $30. These are my nails right after salon. They even cannot make the sizes equal. So mad at myself for choosing this salon.

Went here twice for brows, LOOKED AWFUL. Messed up my eyebrow shape and didn’t even wax correctly so my brows look goofy. Now I have to wait weeks for them to grow back. 1000000% will never go again

Went during a snowstorm had the place to myself it’s 3 weeks later and my nails are still intact!! Lashes were done in a quiet calm relaxed space
