I called to ask if they repaired printers. I was on hold so long I drove there, still on the phone. Standing in line at customer service a bored, listless voice answered the phone. I asked do they repair printers, no she said. I told her the situation and she hung up on me. Best Buy is what America has become: Those with power don't care about the people, we are only there to foot the bill. Good job America, you had your time.
Where will I go when I need a new TV? Best Buy, but there will be no joy in it. The proletariat serving their masters.

Curbside pickup is supposedly open until 8pm. Arrived at 7:58pm and received confirmation through the website that my order would be brought out within 3 minutes and was given a code to show the associate... No one ever came out. I saw employees inside closing up the cashes for the night. Page refreshed and said it was taking longer than usual and to sit tight. Then it refreshed again and said they were closed. I guess I'm not getting my item. Way to waste my time! Don't post hours of operation if you aren't going to uphold them!

Matt, store customer service employee, did a fantastic job helping me. As soon as I got in the store he greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. Right away he helped me with everything I needed. It was a very nice experience to come here. Thank you again. A++ satisfaction
