The service here is terrible. I went in for a full face wax and everyone there seemed a little confused at to what that was. One of the hairstylists had to tell the girl how to wax full face which honestly should have raised a red flag for me. I did not want to be rude and tell the lady I wanted someone else to do my wax so I let her proceed. She took about 20 min. to do one eyebrow, waxed a chunk out of my other eyebrow, and burned my skin. I can't even wash my eyelid from how burned my skin is. When I told her I was leaving she had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted to do the rest of my face! One lady came to help her but I think she just made it worse. At the end I still had to pay $5 for my butchered eyebrows because they said I had to pay for something. One stylist gave me his card with a complementary wax but I do not think I can trust anyone there anymore. I ended up going across the street to my normal threading place for them to fix my eyebrow mess. Lesson learned, if you want a wax definitely do not let any employee here touch your brows. At the end, you get what you pay for.

Ok, I know you get what you pay for but I paid a lot to have an uneven haircut and sub par color and partial highlight. To be fair the highlight wasn't horrible but the cut, OH MY!!! A friend of mine also took a chance, first cut was good but the second was an uneven mess!! The stylist was "distracted" with personal issues and careless. Do yourself a favor, pay a few bucks more and get a good cut and color elsewhere. *** this review for the Ann location***

Lady was nice. Hair cut a disaster. I showed her a pic of what I wanted. She was confident. Didn't blow dry my hair. When I straightened my hair two days later (I'm a busy mom), i was shocked and embarrassed. I've been trying to call the store but the "magic jack" line is busy. I need to go back son someone can fix it..this sucks :(

I made an online appointment with what I was there for (haircut and shampoo). Got there early, was told it would be a bit of wait. There was no haircut books to look through, no problem I already had a picture of what I wanted. Once I was called told the hairstylist I had a coupon for haircut and shampoo, was told to sit and had my haircut started. I had long hair and was going in for a chin length bob so I figured maybe the shampoo was afterwards once I had less hair. For my chin length cut the hairstylist tried to leave the cut an inch longer than my chin. Also I asked for an undercut so my hair would not flip out, she stated she wanted to see if it would stay under by blowdrying it and brushing it. She did not state it was a $16 charge to blowdry my short hair and for her to try it not something I requested. She was rushing & conversating with her next customer while cutting my hair. I did not get a shampoo at all despite my coupon and being that I was there for that as scheduled in my appointment, was charged for a service I did not request and had no knowledge there was a charge for (other places don't charge for that) and overall service was crappy. *Never going back*
