Love it, Pennie is awesome she cuts my hair. Ginger has cut my hair and she does a great job also. The owner has cut my hair and she is wonderful as well just can't think of name. Everyone is very friendly

I really enjoyed the experience until I got home to take a good look at my hair. They may be great at coloring hair but my hairdresser failed the test on my cut. I had called ahead to talk about how well they could cut a style from a photograph. I was assured that a picture would insure an accurate style cut. Not so! My picture showed a trendy, Bohemian-style layered cut that starts short at the top and gradually gets longer to about 1.5" above the ear and longer, thinner hair extending down the neck and in the front of the ears. What I got was a typical older-lady style, short cut with short, pointed side-burns and hair down the neck, tapered in on both sides instead of left long to wrap back toward the front of the neck as shown in the picture. Also, I found strands of hair all over that were an inch longer than the rest of the cut. I really liked my hairdresser, personally, which is why I think I just didn't want to look too closely while viewing the finished cut before leaving the salon, but I honestly feel like she was guessing as she tried to cut the style in my picture and nothing turned out right but the thin-ness of the longer hair down my neck. I won't be going back.

Went to this salon to have my hair colored and trimmed and my entire experience was AMAZING. I was early for my appointment, so I had to wait a little while for the previous customer to get done. Instead of being offered 3 year old magazines, they offered me snacks and drinks plus gave me magazines. Then, when the previous appointment was finished, my hairdresser took the time to listen to what I wanted and didn't make me feel rushed at all. She asked questions too, to make sure she got it right. We laughed and cut up the whole time I was there and the mood in there is so uplifting and everyone is so sweet. Anyways, I wanted to have my hair dyed burgundy from dark brown. It turned out so BEAUTIFUL! I have not stopped receiving compliments on how shiny and gorgeous my color is! My cut was exactly what I asked for. She listened to me...once again....and delivered EXACTLY what I asked for. I will go back for all my hair appointments. And I live in mobile...so that's saying something. And I will recommend to everyone.
