I must say Sonia is truly gifted with her hands and defently has a great eye on creating wonderful styles. She is so worth coming to see. She is kind and very efficient. I bought a facial gift on Groupon for my sister.
She tried contacting the business numerous times to make an appointment and she finally did get a hold of someone!!
So as she goes in today to redeem the voucher, the manager there would not allow her because the voucher was purchased on my phone & not only that but she also states that she can’t find her appointment as the person who made the appointment quit working at the salon (not sure how that could be a client’s problem).
So I sent her a screen shot of the coupon with all the details on it & I even called the business but still nothing.
The Hispanic lady was RUDE & screaming over the phone. I had hard time understanding her English.
So I called up Groupon & CANCELLED my order!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The new name for the salon is: Essence of the Valley Salon and Spa. The salon has a new owner Vicky . Vicky and Sonia are working together to make the salon a better and beautiful place where the clients can be treated with respect and can have a pleasant experience.
