Asked for a French tip pedicure left longer and square shaped. I paid extra to get the scented scrub and told him mango 3 times and he got a completely different scent while my friend next to me got the correct mango one. The guy cut my nails so short and round and made the white tip so thick and uneven. He even went to get someone else to help him. He kept looking at the guy next to him to see what he was doing. I told him I wanted the line thinner and he didn’t understand and I got frustrated and was in a rush. Not to mention all the white nail polish left on my skin. Never again will I go here.

I'd give it a 0 but I can't. They are sloppy and unfriendly. The guy cut my cuticles with the buffer, they still hurt. He didn't even make sure my nail was smooth before painting. There's bubbles in the polish and he didn't even file my nails. My nails are uneven and look bad. The polish already chipped on my thumb and I didn't do anything for it to even happen. Such a waste of money.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. I will not be coming back. I came in with my sister who I had an appointment to get a manicure with after her pedicure. I ran to bed bath and beyond sat and sat and sat when I got back. They had forgotten about my appointment even though it was in the book and they told me to take a seat when I got back.
Then a woman rushed over to me and began sanding down my nails for acrillics. I was not getting acrillics. She rushed to paint my nails with shellac and didn't even cover the whole nail.
Too busy and they should not take walk ins if the people who have appointments get short changed and rushed. Horrible service and even worse nail painting for the price.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EVEN WORSER CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULDNT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO COME HERE ....
