I went in on Monday to get a polish change on my toes and nails. I called beforehand and they told me if I came right then they could take me as a walk-in. I showed up and was there for 2 HOURS! This service typically takes 15 min! Not only were they busy, but understaffed. Additionally, I watched 3 people come in after me and get attended to and leave before me. It was horrible. I would've left but they started my nails and left me to wait for another hour and I needed them finished. Definitely don't recommend this place unless you have an appointment or a lot of time to waste. However, my nails do look great.

Very clean place! Great pedicure, polish lasted for weeks. They use OPI polish and gel and it really is the best polish. Have never had a manicure here, so I can’t comment on that. I didn’t like how we were rushed and not given much help on how to use their equipment, and they wanted $5 extra to get the OPI gel polish which is only $1 or so higher for an entire bottle at Sally compared to regular polish. That was disappointing.

Came in at 6, wanted acrylics. The sign says 6, and the blonde lady wanted to argue about the hours on google(which says 7) and if they could get me in while she sat there doing nothing on the phone. Used to come here all time, now I remember why I quit. 🤷♀️

Love Tommy Nails and they are affordable. Ernie is the absolute best. I learned the hard way today that I will not have anyone else besides Ernie doing them from here on out.

Everytime my girl goes to this place (4x) they have charged her an extra 5 bucks on top of the set price they advertise for so be sure to let them kno that the price they advertize is the price you get
