I've been coming here the last 4 months. I've personally never had a nail break (I read some other reviews). Some of the nail polishes are better than others, I do think they should go through their collection. Customer service has always been great and I've never waited more than 10 minutes. Prices are very reasonable. I've only gotten full sets/fills from this location but I've heard people rave about the pedicures as well!

Got a manicure and pedicure... pedicure nail polish on toes were bubbles up because she did a heat treatment after she’s painted them. I had her correct it. Next day paint was chipped. Came back 2x to try to get them fixed but it always busy and I don’t have time. Not happy with the quality.

Best Salon in the CITY. HANDS DOWN. NINA and her aunt are the best. They can do anything you ask. Just show a picture and they'll get it done. They have EVERYTHING. They do manicures, pedicures, eyebrows, eyelashes, facials, massages etc. I lOoOove this place. I used to go to Pro Nails on 60th and North Ave but they're TRASH compared to Oasis. Give Oasis a try, you won't regret it. Ask for Nina 💅🌸😍😘

Plan for about 3-4 hours for service here... the service itself takes 1 hour, but you have to factor that wait time of AT LEAST 1 hour to be seated. And then factor time to come back and have them fix your nails a couple days later. I walked in and was told it would be 15-20 minutes, cool I say, do I have time to go to Target and get a soda? Yes they say. SO I go get my soda and I'm back within 8 minutes. I wait, and then I wait and I wait some more. Then they come up and ask where my name is on the sign in sheet, and then tell me it will be about 20 minutes until they are ready....I walked in at 5:30 and was seated for my nail service at 6:45. So I already waited way longer than they originally quoted. BUT the kicker is that I got my nails done on Friday, and by Sunday morning the no-chip polish was mostly chipped off. Then by Monday afternoon the actual acrylic nails were chipping/popping off. I ended up going to a completely different place to fix the problem. I wouldn't have been so upset about each problem separately, but the fact that I waited way longer than I was told I would for crappy service...won't be going back, that's for sure.
