I used to go to Fox Chase Nails frequently. The best employees left and the owner was extremely rude to my daughters. They said they will never go back. A new employee did a horrible job on my daughters and it had to be re-done by the owner. She was rude telling the new employee that my daughters should have made an appointment, when it clearly states that walk-ins are welcome. I guess not. They were there for almost 2 hours and only had pedicures and decided to leave. Never again. The owner is rude and does not allow you to pick who you would like to do your nails. The service is average at best. She needs to learn how to treat her customers because she lost a family of 5 customers.

The salon is clean, and bright and the staff very friendly even when I walked in 30 mins before closing. They were fast and efficient with a lot of extras included, Paraffin wax, hot stone, nice massage etc! If I lived in NJ I would be going to this place for my nails! Parking is around back

The service was awful. At first, when I sat in the chair I noticed that the massage part was not working. Being tall, my legs were crammed, and her face was literally in my knee. She tried to move my chair back, but it did not work. She, too, noticed that it did not work, yet ignored it. The service went on in awkward silence. She would only say "Switch" telling me to change my feet from the freezing cold water. Many parts of the pedicure were rushed: i.e. filing a callus and applying lotion. The lotion was neither rubbed in properly or washed off. I went home tacky and with an awful smell. At one point, the lady who was working on my friends toes, could not figure out how to file a certain nail and needed assistance. I would never recommend this nail salon nor will I ever return.

My wife and i walked into a 100 degree nail salon and sweat our buts off because the owner / sweatshop owner oriental lady was too cheap to run the air conditioning on a 90 degree day.. 6/29/11. Their staff must be picked up as day laborers from newark, they had no idea what to do and did a terrible job and took no time or care do try. NEVER AGAIN!
