1st they opened minimum of 10 mins late every time Ive went down there. 2nd the individual that spoke with me was very unprofessional, and ignored pretty much all of my question and kept talking with their co-worker about weekend play. When I called with simple question about my bill there were no answers to be given. They could answer anything in regards to my plan or refer me to anyone who did. How are they going to say I can pay a year at a time but not able to tell me the cost if I paid the year up front? Or if my payment has been made? If my account is current? Or simply my due date? Seriously not worth it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had so many questions about my policy insurance and was really stressing out due to the DMV issues that are going on. Luckily Paola and Cornia were able to help me! They gave me great pricing and because of their excellent service it helped me feel more at ease. I thank these two lovely ladies for going out their way to help me and make sure I was happy by answering every question I had. These 2 ladies deserve recognition for their above and beyond customer service!
