Great salon and spa! Very clean, friendly, and excellent quality! Used them for massages and felt very relaxed each time. They were even able to squeeze me in for an appointment at short notice

My wife spent 520.00 for a hair cut and coloring. The stylist bleached the clothes she had on and my wife wasn't happy with the length / style. So she made an appointment the following day to get it corrected. The salon cancled the appointment on her and now she is in tears with a bad haircut. Very unprofessional and low class for such a high end price.
My wife made an appointment at another salon which would take her right in. At least the other salon understood the situation and were willing to help fix her up. Never again!

I started doing facials and dermaplaning with Lisa about 3 months ago and she’s amazing. She always goes above and beyond for me and my skin. She always goes the extra mile to really hit on everything my skin really needs. I’ve seen a big difference not only in the appearance of my skin but she’s also been able to help with sinus issues I’ve had for so long! Lisa is so friendly and I always look forward to my appointments with her!

My stylist from another salon started working here. I was glad to find her, as I had been very happy seeing her. The atmosphere of this salon is great.

I was in the salon for a total of 30 minutes 10 of which was waiting for my appointment. All I needed was the back of my hair trimmed right near my neck and when I made the appointment I was told because that was all I Probably would not be charged the full amount. However after spending just 15 minutes in her chair and getting my hair trimmed just at my neck I was charged $50. Not only will I never go back but I won't recommend them to anyone I know in Port Charlotte or North Port.
