I have been to many nail shops and I can honestly say that this is the nicest one I have ever been to! The staff was very kind and helpful. Their business took pride in their cleanliness, was sure to clean between every single client, all tools were clean, and all of the cleaning supplies were displayed in a professional fashion so you know exactly what they are using. Fiona did an AMAZING job on my nails and did exactly what I wanted for my Master's graduation!

The first time I went to this place, they treated me like royalty. My pedicure was $30.00 which included a leg massage, bottled water and fruit. Although they didn't oil my feet before I left, I figured I could do that when I got home. I went there two weeks ago on a Thursday and I arrive at about 6pm. The experience was totally different. First of all, they wanted to charge me $40 for the same thing. (Strike #1) I explained that two weeks ago, you charged me $30. When I started to leave, they agreed to do it for $30 and I asked if that included the massage and he said yes. I then asked for a design and he explained it would be $5 more and I said no problem. The lady working on my feet, cut me with the clippers and it became a bloody mess. She applied the liquid bandaid several times until it finally stopped bleeding. (Strike #2). As she was polishing my toes, I reached down to feel the heels of my feet and she hadn't done anything to them, so after complaining, she backtracked and took care of them after coaching from me to my satisfaction. (Strike #3) She proceed with applying another layer of polish and said how beautiful it looked and told me I didn't need a design. (Strike #4) I reiterated that I want the design and she kind of gave me a look. And I forgot to mention, I never got the massage!!! She finished polishing my toes and took me to the next room when she placed me in a chair, gave me a magazine and told me 10 or 15 minutes. (Strike #5) After this I was so outdone and couldn't believe the service I received so I got up, paid for my service and left without a word. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Always nice and friendly faces. Will fix their mistakes when you point them out with no problem. Also their pedicures are amazing.

Andrew is the best! Takes great care of his customers. Does an amazing job on nails.

I have been going to Good Nails for a few years and the service is always the best. Fiona is the best for acrylic nails and everyone there is always so friendly.
