This was expectation versus reality . I asked for ombre and ended up with something that looks like some baby shark crap. On top of that my nails are two different things. If you are not equipped to do it then just don’t. You Wait forever while different people who come on after you get waited on. And there is no respect for other customers vs. their friend who come in. It’s. NOT my normal spot and i hate I even took a chance. Now I have to walk around with my hands looking like shit. If I wasn’t for marking a scene I’d really asked. For my money back. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I can confidently say that out of all my experiences in the last 20 years at a nail shop this was the worst. It was dirty. Unorganized. And to top it off one of the women.the owners daughter who had her 2 year old there unattended started chewing my nail techs head off cussing at her. This place is awful! Do not go here.
