My fiancee were there and the service was good but their job was done with poor quality and it was more expensive compared with other places (37$ for manicure and pedicure with no polish) . Most of her nails were badly cut, damaged and some of them still had polish after the manicure and polish removal. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I went there for a manicure and they destroyed my nails, they were badly cut (please see the photo) and the polisher was not even removed well. It was more expensive than other places and the job was aweful.

This is the best neighborhood nail salon in Medford. The salon is always clean,the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, polite & always willing to try something new. Everyone, men,women & children are made to feel comfortable in this small salon with big city glamorous results & reasonable prices
I have been in the beauty profession for decades & could have my choice of salons, but I'm very satisfied with this salon that is a block from my house. Thank you,ladies of Nail Essence Salon
