John does a great job, very thorough.. Nice people, they do excellent work. Lots of customers.. they must be doing something right ! :) Very Satisfied !!

Wow ... I'm actually shocked at what just happened. I WOULD NOT use This Nail Salon. I just moved to Highlands from out of town. I was looking for a new Nail salon to use. I normally get either SNS or solar nails ( I like them clear natural looking) Sometimes I have on paint Polish over them when I feel like I color. Well I was just calling to inquire. The guy on the phone acted like he did not understand what I wanted....( Natural SNS OR solar) I tried to explain what I wanted ... Well he screamed we don't have, we don't have, we don't have! Then hung up the phone in my face!!! Really ? That's NOT good Customer service! Not getting my business!!! And no he didnt call me back. La Mour Nails lost... I ALWAYS tip well and I get a lot done. Fill, color change, cut down, Pedicure, eyebrow waxing.

I like how my nails look, however the man cut me twice he kept filing my nails on the edge. The lady did my wax and left hair on my lip, and when I told her she gave me the tweezers , and she said "here yo do it". Not going back again with her!!
