Not only is their service horrible, so are there products. I had a discount for using salon apprentice, so I feel like I was given bad service because I was paying less, or my stylist just didn't feel like she should have talked to me. My stylist barely talked to me, so I read a magazine for 3 hours. You also are given a hairdryer to dry your own hair...? That was weird. Also, I went 5 days ago and the dye on my hair is already fading. Do not go.
