We went there on 7/21 in the evening. My friend was getting a polish change, my 14 year old daughter was getting her first set of nails and I was getting a set. Here is our experience and let me say, we will never, ever be back.
1. My friends polish was missing on the sides of her nails. We did not notice immediately because it was a light color. When he started putting on the polish, my friend did not care for the color since it was much lighter than the example and the man doing her nails said they were closing and couldn't change it. Really? One nail polished and it can't be changed?
2. When we left my daughter said her nails hurt. I assumed it was because they were new. Upon inspection, I saw that the nails were very high, much higher than the cuticals. The next day, they were so difficult to function, that we had to soak them off. During the process, we realized that he layered glue not only on her nails, but her skin. The height in the nails were due to glue, not nail fill. Needless to say, it hurt to get them off and will be months till her nails are healthy.
3. My nails are extremely crooked. I had them squared and needless to say, the gentleman does not know what a square nail is.
4. I use my bankcard to pay for everything. I went to pay, and he announced that the tip must be in cash! Ummm...why? Hhmm..perhaps taxes? He conveniently had a bank machine. The cost for two sets and a polish was $80 and a $20 tip.
5. As customers, we were rushed. Noone was in the salon, but somehow it was a pure race to get us done and out.
So, my advice, do not go to this salon; ever!!

I got mani and pedi there with grandmother on Saturday by Thursday of the very next week after, I had two nails fall off I went in and thankfully they did repairs and didn’t charge me but the funny thing is the one of the fingers he just did a repair on is already falling off and loose a day after I had fixed and the new nail on!!!! I will be back In to show them first thing tomorrow morning!! I will be getting a refund!!!!!

Just went to get my nails done last weekend and the man doing my nails made me choose a different color than what I wanted because he didn't want to have to put many coats of polish on. Originally I had wanted French white tips but he started my nails without asking me what I wanted or anything. I couldn't even end up picking a color until we were half way done. Then he was shaping my nails and filing them and cut me. Then he asked if I wanted a design and I said yes. He put one glitter stripe over glitter nail polish which made it where you could barely see the stripe. They charged me for it anyway. I have never been so disappointed when having my nails done.

Horrible experience. Wanted gel fill in and believe they actually used arcrllic fill in??? French is horrible and nails are not even.

Took my wife here after being here for 5 minutes she was told she was taking to long to pick her colors. After this the lady told her she can't do what she wants and she have to wait and hour to hour in half. Wish I could give less than one start but Google is nice and won't allow this. There are other places where you will get treated better.
