The staff was very friendly and professional. Also, they are doing an excellent job of keeping the store clean during this pandemic, they truly care about the safety of their staff and customers.

The tech was sweet ,fast and looked and talked as if he was very knowledgeable, I spent very good money with this business and my nails looked awesome. I'm 5 days in and 4 of my nails cracked directly in the middle of my natural nail . I am in so much pain with my fingers I am back at my regular nail tech spending another 80 dollars to fix what this business stated was worth every penny . As far as visual that is a true statement but when I have something looking good and hurts like crazy throbbing isn't worth the amount I spent . I've worn nails constantly since I was 15 so know what I like and how and always voice it and was reassured having very long nails and with their material those nails would last the appropriate amount of time but its 5 days later and I'm spending another 80 and in pain. So this place is not for me and I will stay at my original tech and remember I stepped away for convenience and time. Never again

i asked for a coffin shaped nail and she basically gave me stiletto with a flat tip. i loved the color that she did but while filing the nail she cut me and it was bleeding at the cuticle. i like 3 out of my 10 nails. probably won’t go back.

I cane in just to get a nail fixed and they bipassed me for other clients that wanted more services
