Britain is their new stylist and she did an amazing job. I told her the red I wanted and she nailed it. She also fixed a bad cut that I got someplace else. I have a lot of hair. An all over color for me takes about 4 hours and she was patient and funny and I had a good time.

Cassie is a wizard! She took her time and was very patient—which is what I need because I’ve got big, frizzy, coarse, wavy/curly hair. She did a corrective balayage on me and it was a beautiful transformation. Can’t wait to get my hair cut by her. Before and after below.

I had my hair done by Cassie Franken, apparently she is the owner. I was expecting to get amazing service, thinking I was in great hands, with a 10 plus year veteran. I was sadly mistaken. Unfortunately she finds it acceptable to send her client's away with hair that didn't turn out and when the customer asks if there is any way to fix it she says just wash your hair it will fade!? What happened to good customer service, being the owner and storefront of your business! She missed a spot in the front and made claims that she did in fact apply product there but it didn't take. Mind you it was completely white and everywhere else on my head "took"?? She then had her assistant slap more hair colour on the entire front hair line without fading it or blending, not just on the front. She even came over and said ya put it on the entire front hairline. It turned out so dark in comparison to the rest of my hair it looked like I was wearing a headband! I also paid to get the banding fixed which appeared to be solved until we put a darker toner on my hair causing every little line to show up.When I left the salon my hair looked nice. It was also down, styled and dark outside. Trust me it matters. The next day, in the daylight, I could see all the harsh lines and unevenness. I noticed that same night that the hairline was very dark but hoped it wasn't too bad. I contacted Cassie the following day to voice my concerns and was told to wash my hair it will fade!? After I pay for a service I'm expected to wash it several times in hopes it will look decent?? I asked if I could come in and show her in person so she can see for her self. I even sent her the pictures and she told me that's how it is supposed to look!? Wow Again her suggestion was for me to wash it and let it fade. I found that to be very unprofessional and rude considering I spent 800 dollars at this establishment since my very first appointment Saturday August 25, 2018!! I didnt demand a refund until after she refused to fix my hair. She told me to find another stylist and no matter what she does I don't seem to be happy. I am totally blown away at how this situation unraveled. Once I asked for a refund I was blocked and ignored! I have sent this claim over to the Better Business Bureau. Be careful ladies, if your hair does not turn out the way you like it and you dare ask for it to be fixed you'll automatically be saying no matter what she does you won't be pleased lol I am so sorry to waste my time and money with someone who does not care about how they make their clients look or feel!

Elle is amazing and did some amazing colors in my hair and she was so easy to talk to! I highly recommend her. She has a lot of expertise and a modern vibe :)

I've been coming here for about 4 years. Lately the quality has been going down...not the stylists fault at all. It's the owners. they overbook and don't allow the stylists to book enough time for their clients. Left the last two times unhappy, as the next client was sitting waiting and felt bad for my stylist that they had to awkwardly tell their next client to wait (and I'd hate to be that person waiting as well!) and rush to try and finish me. Stylists have told me that the owners don't do hair and don't know how long it takes so people with longer hair that take longer don't get enough time to complete the service. Left with hair unstyled twice. Not happy. Wish my stylists worked at a different shop.
