I can't believe that this place has great reviews because this was the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I made an appt with Tiffany a week in advance which I fullfilled.
I called one week in advance again to make a second appt. The manager (Chinese guy) on the phone stated to me that I'd have to call "NOT MORE THAN ONE OR TWO HRS IN ADVANCE PRIOR TO WALK IN" (his exact words) and they will take me only if they aren't busy. i told him that I have to plan my schedule in advance as I'm a very busy person.
I asked him what is the reason to this ridiculous request? He told me that he felt that I'm too picky and i took too long getting my nails done (regular pedicure and a gel manicure).
All I asked was to clean my cuticles really well (bc I have thick skin. If they aren't clean well, they peel and bleed). He told me that I spent 1 hr and 50 mins at the salon, I need to cut the time in half. To my defense, I spent 15 mins under the dryer drying my toes.
Worst part of all is that I tipped the manicurist very well (wasn't a $3 tip).
I can't believe this scumbag timed me. If I'm a paying customer, it's within my right to request to clean my cuticles a little extra than another person.
Will never return.
Save your money and go elsewhere unless you are the type of person to sit like a mouse and not say one single word even if you have something to ask. Then this salon is for you if you are that person.

Don't accommodate long time customers. Long waiting times.....and personally the application of tips is not the most up to date method and they are not able to copy certain styles.

Love this nail salon. I've been coming here for over 6-7 yrs and they never dissapoint. I do gel and they last for almost a month Lol. Also, I travel from Manhattan to this salon. Worth the trip. Truly recommend them to any lady that wants a nice, comfortable, quiet, clean place with a very friendly, courteous yet quiet staff.

Very clean salon. The staff is quiet but courteous. The gentleman at the register is nice as well. They did a wonderful job on my gel manicure and pedicure. I liked that they worked quickly and I only waited 5 minutes to be seated.
