It is 5 stars depending on who you go to! I’ve had bad experiences with my first pedicure and manicure but Andy was very helpful and assured I was satisfied when I left. Diane is great! You won’t catch me with anyone else but her and I am always satisfied with her because she is a perfectionist and takes her time with you. Thank you for your service. I was close to not coming back TWICE and if it weren’t for Andy and Diane

I have been coming to Elegance since 2005 and I am extremely satisfied with their services. The staff here are very warm, welcoming and very professional at all times. They always make you feel welcomed and at home. They pride themselves in cleanliness. I have had many manicures, spa pedicures, massages and can only praise their work. Andy, Cindy, Sunny, Julia and Diane are great! I can honestly say that I always leave extremely satisfied and rate them a 10+!

I haven’t done my nails in a year and wanted to treat myself today. I had tips done and The nail salon lady pushed back my cuticles way too hard. This caused bruising of my cuticles. Also when she was using the machine to clean underneath my nail she pushed in too hard. I requested a coffin nail shape and showed a picture of what I wanted and it turned out not to be what I wanted. I definitely will not be going back.

Today was my first time I came to elegance and I am sold. the service, the staff, everything was great. Very impressed, will be back.
