Let me start by saying that my nurse was sweet, amazing, and very attentive. I was just here for an overnight sleep study, and was absolutely floored with the conditions of the sleep study area. Firstly, the rooms. They really need to invest into making this space more comfortable, a bit more homey. The bed was a hospital bed, which was so very uncomfortable. There was a thin thin blanket and sheet, that was all. The room was cold, it felt sterile, which was good, but it could have been sterile and more comfortable. How do they expect people to sleep hooked up to dozens of electrodes, belts, with a sleep mask, and actually sleep soundly. It was nearly impossible. This could be changed with a bit of investment in a more comfortable bed, better bedding and pillows. I am so happy I brought my own. Let me reiterate, the sleep nurse was excellent and caring, but the facilities were terrible. Cleveland clinic, get it together with this, for those of us who have to do these studies (for our health and longevity) you could probably get better results with some simple upgrades to the facilities. More comfort for patients could yield BETTER DATA.
There was no private bathroom either. I was "put to bed" at 10:30, and we had to be up and out by 6:00am (because the facility was shared with another department). Upon waking at 5:30, you have to fill out a questionnaire. Good luck with that. I had no time to come to, get myself together, and take time to fill out the post sleep questionnaire. It was just uncomfortable all around, and I was told it will be a MONTH before I get my results from the actual study.
I suggest trying somewhere else.
Again, thank you to the sweet nurse who was so kind and caring, but Cleveland Clinic, you have the resources to up your game and the sleep study facilities.

My father recently stayed for about a week. The brand new Emergency facility is very nice. Emergency always seems to take too long wherever you go but they were friendly and helpful at least. Once he was admitted, his care was excellent. The nursing staff in the 5100 wing was very attentive and caring, especially Chelsea. I met with Dr Gunnerson who spent 15 minutes with me explaining my father’s condition, what various things meant, and giving a plan for his care. My father was very happy with his care, thank you 5100 wing

I'd like to start by saying that there are three nurses that I would love thanks for everything they did for me while I was here having my son. First a huge thank you to Michelle (I believe was her name) down in Labor & Delivery for keeping a smile on my face and a positive attitude during her work day! She never failed to help me in any way that I may need but also for taking the time to make me feel very as comfortable as possible while in a lot of pain. As well as to a wonder woman named Amy up on the 3rd floor for being an outstanding nurse as well as a wonderful people person. I had seen so many nurses before her and not a one seemed to care quiet like she did. So many people come to work just to make money & not enough come to work and actually enjoy their job. From the moment she walked into my room she was a ray of sunshine and so eager to get me anything I may need. She came in my room several different times to take my sons blood suger because it was low on a couple test. She sat in there with me and would feed him and have conversations with me. You could tell that she cares about her patients. And her and Melissa Gainer even took time out of their day to make imprints of my son's feet so that I would be able to keep that for years to come. My experience wasnt perfect but these woman took the time to go the extra mile in more ways then just this to ensure that a new mom felt comfortable as well as extremely cared for ! So thanks again to these wonderful ladies

Okay so let me start by saying I’ve been here for four hours . This hospital is nothing but rude and has no sense of urgency nor care. I’ve never been treated so awful . I can in for a urine test which they took while I was in the waiting room. Then I remained in the waiting room for four hours and am still here . I asked the front desk about my situation and they said I couldn’t leave and get my results the next day . They said I had to see the doctor and in most cases I don’t even see one I see a nurse . However I’ve seen many patients come and go after me as I sit and sit . Thank god I’m not dying or I’d be dead already ..

They've helped my mom and dad a few times.
My dad had heart surgery done here.
The reason I gave it 3 star is because the emergency room is terrible.
My mom was extremely dehydrated, we got there at 7 pm and waited in the waiting room past midnight to be called in.
