I showed up on time for an appointment and was told that they were understaffed and that I would have to come back another time. Meanwhile, they had a waiting room full of walk ins. I’ve been made to feel like I am nothing but an inconvenience to them every time I come in. This was the last straw. They’ve lost my business for good. I’m going somewhere where my business and my money will b appreciated. They also will mess up your nails and have no problem sending u out the door w/a big smudge etc... I literally cannot deal w/them anymore!!!

THIS PLACE IS NASTY!!! THEY DO NOT CLEAN THIER TOOLS THAT THEY USE! I GOT A FUNGUS BECAUSE IT!! THE LADY THAT SITS IN THE SECOND CHAIR TO THE LEFT AS YOU WALK IN,THAT USUALLY DOES NAILS, IS VERY RUDE... I'M SURE IT IS THE OWNERS WIFE. THEY WERE BUSY AND SHE HAD TO GIVE ME A PEDICURE, AND SHE NEVER SPOKE, SHE LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS MISERABLE, AND IT SHOWED!!! DO NOT GO THERE, THEY ARE NASTY AND RUDE!! VERY RUDE!! THERE WORK LOOKS AWFUL! NOT WORTH IT. GO SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Friendly and polite when they deal with rude customers but they do a good job on my nails and always pleased
