I needed a new pair of dress shoes, but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I don't wear dress shoes that much and my last pair lasted about 10 or so years.
They were having a great sale and bought a pair of really nice shoes for about 50% off.

We went here for my daughter's 2nd birthday. Luther was our photographer, and he was absolutely GREAT! He was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He made the process totally easy.

JCPenney as with every retailer is struggling to compete with Amazon. We do a lot of shopping online with JCPenney and use the store to pick up our orders. The store is clean and the staff is helpful. The only problem is sometimes staff is hard to find. One advantage they have is they have specialty sizes. Also, for those items you just have to see or touch before you buy they have good variety.

The JC in JCPenney stands for Jesus Christ a popular guy who would turn pennies into prayers, & prayers into home furnishings, with a great selection of name brand men's & women's juniors & miss young men's clothes at wholesale prices. At JCPenney you save more than just a few bucks.

The guy at the appliances section was accommodating and helpful considering it was almost closing time. Very good customer service.
