If you get the middle-aged woman who has to keep pushing up her glasses - RUN! She was so busy gossiping with her coworker that she trimmed the cuticles my right for twice and ignored my left. Interesting that she couldn't tell one foot was neat and clean while the other wasn't - except she wasn't paying attention. She had to keep pushing up her glasses on her face, and even dropped them on the ground. Which reminds me that she dropped tools on the ground and proceeded to use them on my feet anyway. I should have left, but...

The lady who did my nails was very sweet nice with my hands but the design I wanted was rushed and didn’t come out nice i wish she would of told me she couldn’t do it so I didn’t have to spend money on something I didn’t like.. My friend also got her nails done with me and the guy was ruff on her hands and cut her finger she did like the way they came out she wanted to get a design but the man was nice and said he couldn’t do it. He also got globs on nail polish under her finger nails.

First time I had ever been in there and it is the last. Went in for a regular manicure. I asked for rounded and she cut my nails straight. She also took a chunk out of my right pinky cuticle. I still gave her a tip and paid full price (because I still had the service completed). But sadly, they won't have a long term customer.
