Love Top Nails. You don't need an appointment, but if you are in a hurry, make one. The staff is polite and friendly. And the pedicure is terrific and relaxing.

Stopped in to get a polish change on my toes and my 9 year old daughters nails painted with gel polish. The lady that polished my nails put way too many layers on when she was putting the top coat on it was smudging the polish. I questioned her 2 times about it but I don’t this she understood. I know there is NO way it is going to dry by the end of the day, it’s the thickest layers I have ever seen on nails. 🤦♀️ They tried to do a pumpkin on my daughters nail and I was like a smile face 😂 the lady said her nail was too small but our normal nail tech has no problem doing much more complex designs On her “little nails” I would not recommend if you actually have high standards or care about what your nails look like

I got my nails done with the dip here as I have done at other locations for a while now. I recently moved to altoona so I thought I'd try this place nice looking location alot of chairs. The dip is a good product which is normally strong and lasts 3 weeks rather than 2 weeks.
After 2 days my nails started chipping I went back and got 2 nails fixed different times. And a third nail chipped. I will never pay to have my nails done at this location again.
