Traci and her staff are wonderful, I have been going to Happy Nails for 4 years now. I love my gel manicures, great pedicures and fabulous massaging chairs! Susan always does a great lash tint and shapes my eyebrows so naturally. They're very accommodating and extremely kind to my special-needs daughter who is very particular. I highly recommend Happy Nails.

Last week was my first time there and will be my last time! I clearly asked how much for a pedicure, shellack. The lady says $30 + 5 for french tip then towards the end, i was charged a total of $45. She said they charged $5 for taking off my color. SMH.... what a rip off and greedy. If you need your nails done in the areas, go down a block to Jennifer Nails- I've been there before, it's better service and the price they tell you is the price they charge. Unlike this place... I told all my co workers to not go to Happy Nails & Spa even our office building is close by. ***I want to select zero star but it's not letting me so I had no choice but to select one***

The design i brought in a picture for my shellac manicure was met with, "that's too hard." With that in mind, they have a 20% (found on their website) for any new customer. Definitely a plus

Very friendly service. The gal that worked with me had such a delicate touch. I felt super relexed throughout the whole treatment. Will most certainly return

I was looking to do a full set of nails and a pedi. It took them 5 hours to do both-She left me with deformed bumpy and unsmoothed nails. I did ask them to have it redone and I can tell she was not happy to do it. I didn’t accuse her of anything and i only asked, i wasn’t expecting apology either but just a good job. Unfortunate because of the experience i won’t be a regular here.
