Been going here since I was little! Very nice park! Has boat launches, you can picnic here, you can go fishing & crabbing... fly a kite... always a fun time!

I love the park itself... The water is great, the playgrounds are fine.. it has great potential and could be a very nice place. However the people that go there are ignorant... I did not encounter anyone that was pleasant. I brought my three-year-old there and at the small playground a parent was constantly screaming and yelling and cussing at her child. she literally told him "I'm going to f*** you up!" And started smacking him extremely hard on the hand. Other parents were constantly yelling at their children too. So I took her over to the larger playground and several kids would not allow my daughter to do anything because they were walking up the slide and just always getting in her way and hanging all over everything so she couldn't play... The father was there and told them to stop but when they didn't stop he didn't enforce it any further. After walking around we decided to go walk by the smaller playground again and at this point there are teenagers hanging all over it. So it was a no-go again. So unfortunately it is a trashy environment where parents do not watch their kids and the kids have no manners or respect. I definitely would not recommend this place for anyone who raises their child t you have manners and show respect because nobody there does and I did not like my child being around that "trash."

It's a great place to have a cook out, go fishing, occasional crabbing. You can play on the baseball fields and go for walks. There's a lot of shade there so the walks are really nice!

A great area that is somewhat secluded. Playgrounds were clean when I was there. A quiet place to relax and enjoy nature.

My son played one of his baseball games here today. It was very nice. It was clean, no trash on the ground and the water is nice.
