Completely incompetent! After visiting the urgent care I follow up with my primary care doctor. He informed me that their methods and treatments were catered towards insurance and not the interest of the patient.
It is also important to note that the staff was friendly and there was no wait.

I'm a resident of Downtown Winston-Salem and I've been here several times this year for myself and my significant other. I've never experienced a wait to be seen and all of the staff are kind, friendly, and prompt (especially with children!). I understand that medical staff rotates from one Novant Express Care to another so it may be difficult to catch the same provider twice in the same location. There is a CVS conveniently located across the street for prescription pick-up. Great location, convenient hours (weekend and evenings) and delightful staff. Thank you!
