Love this salon! Anna (the owner) is sweet and personable. She has been doing nails for years and her/her staff does a great job! I enjoy going her for some “me” time.

My wife and daughter went there for the first time and won't go back. They had less than 20 colors to choose from. The two sisters that were working there were arguing with each other the entire time. They cut my daughter's cuticle to where it was bleeding. We wanted this place to be our go to salon for my wife and daughter, but they refuse to go back. My wife wanted to talk to the manager to let her know what's going on, but from the reviews here, it appears that she is no better. Really cute place in Vickery Village, but they need to completely overhaul their staff.

Absolutely the worst place to get your nails done at. The owner is so rude. Used to go there a lot but TWO SISTERS is the best place to go if you want friendly treatment. Anna (the owner) very ignorant. I messed up a few of my nails by mistake and I told her I did and she rolled her eyes and I told her I was sorry but the costumer should never have to say sorry and she was very rude and not okay with what I did. Also she didn’t even say thank you to me as I was leaving she just swiped my card and walked away. Very angry!!

I had the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon here. I frequently get ingrown toenails and in the past the owner here was good at taking them out. This last time however, she was busy, on the phone and in a bad mood. She tried to take the ingrowns out without even soaking them, breaking them all off to jagged edges deep near the root. She did it so many times my toe was bleeding a lot, and she dug it with a needle and asked another worker to grab it. I repeatedly asked her to stop and she didn't, until finally they "got it out." I honestly don't think they even got it out after all that because it's two days later and it kills to even walk on it. Hopefully there wont be a bad infection and the pain subsides. But I repeat DO NOT GO HERE.

This was definitely the WORST experience I have ever had in a nail salon. From the moment I walked in until the time I left it was uncomfortable. I chose my nail color for a gel manicure and when the technician/owner started to do my nails, I told her it was nice, but not the color I had chosen. She was not happy and actually argued with me that it was the color I chose...it was embarrassing and totally unprofessional. She muttered something in her native language to her co- workers and stormed away and started working on another customer. While I was having my pedicure, using the massage chair, she began my gel manicure. Due to the shaking of the chair, my hands were also shaking... I have NEVER seen a manicure done in a moving massage chair while a customer was having a pedicure... I felt so uncomfortable and very rushed...again extremely unprofessional. It was actually painful, especially since she also cut me twice!!! This was done on a Sunday( first customer of the day) and it's now Wednesday and my thumb is still throbbing! I've been applying antibiotic cream since she also didn't appear to be using sterilized instruments. This salon should be inspected by the health department and the owner should be ashamed at the behavior she exhibited. Please, do not waste your money! Find a salon that respects customers and provides quality service.
