Never going back here was my first time doing my nails in Brooklyn and it was a bad experience... the person doing my nails cut me and then laughed... it hasn't been a week yet and my nails are looking bad!! I paid for slippers there and the slippers didn't even fit me.. my gel manicure looked horrible!! Very sloppy and embarrassing.. I gave tip due to the one doing my toes were nice.. Smh sticking to the place I always go to.. Never coming back.. waste of money and time!

They refused to remove a gel manicure without me also paying for a new manicure. The first time I've ever experienced such a rule at a nail salon in New York. I would've paid the price for removal. Very poor service!
