My roommate and I came to get our nails done together (she agreed to join me since I needed to get a manicure for a video shoot). I arrived before her and was surprised by how insistent the staff was that we start right away when I asked if I could wait for her. I stalled by taking my time to pick out nail polish. But when I went to text my roommate, I found the man who was going to do my nails literally looking over my shoulder at my phone. I found this quite off putting and turned away from him. He laughed, apologized, took a step back, but continued to watch me text her.
The actual manicure was good. He did a good job applying all the coats and was gentle and thorough. My roommate got French tip gel nails and loves them.
The whole staff was very friendly and nice. There seemed to be some communication challenges for some of the people in the salon with me - one man kept being called over to help bridge the language gap between some of the staff and clients.

Truly a nice gem in Watertown, MA. I love the full service nail work from Sandy and staff. Forget the other ratings. This particular nail salon does not fib on the work they have done. This nail salon offers a wide range of equity and inclusion, and thus it’s the best you will find in the area. There is a Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks nearby. Kids welcome there too! They do excellent work for anyone who has medical issue on their toe nails! .

I have been coming here for over 5 years and so has my mother, and they are the best all the workers are very nice, they do such a amazing job highly recommend to come to attractive nails

If I wanted my nails to look like this, I would have done them myself (see photo, snapped 30 minutes after the gel mani). Shaping was jagged, asymmetrical and inconsistent. Polish itself seemed watered down. Application was very messy, leaving tons of polish caked on my skin and under my nails. The entire thing was rushed and bad.
Only good things were color selection, politeness of staff, and proximity to my house. But the pros do not outweigh the cons. Definitely will not be going again.

I did my pedi $32 and Acrylic refill $25 Tim did my nails and my pedi by Dal 4/20/22, what an outstanding job they did... they send me home with the smile.. love this place fare pricing
great fast customers service i wish i can give 100⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ recommended it 💞i defiantly will come back here will bring my family too 😊
