Anne is great, unfortunately the owner is not. She doesn't seem to have even the most basic grasp of what customer service means. She is rude, dismissive, and unapologetic when she doesn't meet appointment times. Her response to my complaint that we were just sitting well past our appointment timeswas that she can't control when her employees arrive. Pretty much anyplace else in Modesto would be better than this dump.

I always go to Ann and I always leave loving my nails. Perfect every time!

I love this nail place. I won't go anywhere else. All the ladies are very nice and do a great job.
