I went to Jon Lori Salon for the first time and had a wonderful experience! I hadn’t been to a salon in a few years as I’m always a little afraid since I have “difficult” curly hair, but I wanted to get a brighter look for summer. I was paired with Stephanie and she was fantastic! I felt instantly at ease and we decided to do balayage, glaze and a blowout. Yes, it was a little expensive, but I left the salon feeling great! I even bought my sister a gift card with Stephanie. I definitely would recommend this salon.

I have been going to Jon Lori for years. Where they set themselves apart is their amazing customer service and compassion. My mother, who has Alzheimer's Disease and I would come to get our hair done by Pam. From the moment we walked in the door, everyone made a fuss over my mother and made her feel at home. Even when she would wander, the staff would never make her feel anything but at home.
Recently, my husband died and I desperately needed my hair done--it was the day before Christmas Eve and I knew it would be near impossible. By some incredible circumstance, Giovanna had a last minute cancellation. When she heard about my circumstance, she made it her business to take care of me and not only cut and style my hair, which the appointment had been for, but quickly provided a much-needed color for my recently acquired greys. Giovanna had never met me before! She was a bright spot in an otherwise horrible day. The compassion comes from the top--Jon and Lori and their entire family--children and staff, could not be kinder.
By the way, there does not exist the crazy client hording that other salons allow. If your regular person is not available, you can make an appointment with anyone who is, without any hard feelings. This is a first-class, well-operated salon.

Honestly, amazing and friendly staff!
However, my hair DID NOT I repeat did not come out the way I wanted. I am not the type of person to complain, but not only does my hair look like poop for lack of another word (the coloring/highlights) look blotchy and to add insult to injury, I paid almost 300 dollars for a crappy job!!!! Yes you read that correct! For a root touch up, which I don’t have more than four grays, and maybe ten highlights... oh and a blow out. Yeah! I’m sorry I am never going back to this place, and NO I don’t need you guys to fix my hair. You may damage it more than it already is. My hair, nails and skin is what I take pride in and I made a huge mistake going to this establishment. Never again!!!!! I am beyond words on how angry I am...

I am happy to put myself in Lori's hands. I can never predict in advance, but I walk out looking remarkably different and remarkedly well turned out, especially for my age.

Wonderful salon, very friendly staff, and I loved the way my hair came out! I was a bit nervous since this was my first time getting a balayage but Karen did a great job and understood exactly what I wanted! I wish it was a little cheaper, but you are paying for excellent quality!
