I am not sure why this place got such bad reviews - as I have went here a few times and have not had a negative experience. I get my eyebrows done here and I usually see Theresa - and she is wonderful! She is warm, friendly and does a wonderful job. I also had the actual Owner one time Theresa was off, and she was really lovely and friendly too. It was easy to book online - and if they need to change the time to fit their schedule - I received and email and a phone call (which I never mind because I live in town anyway...). They have always been polite and were more then happy to fulfill my requests during my appointment and I never felt rushed at all. I am not a "phone call" type of person - so I really love the convenience of being able to sign up and schedule services online - so that works for me.

TERRIBLE customer service. We have a Gift Card that we just found from a couple of years ago worth $50 or $75 but was told we can not use it. I said so I am out this money the lady responded with "I guess so.. should have used it years ago".. VERY RUDE It should not matter how old the gift card is the salon should honor it. I also mentioned they never answer the phone she told me to leave a message or book online. I hope NO ONE uses this salon.
