I emailed inquiring about laser hair removal. They responded to be super fast which was great however, when asked when I was available for a consultation I said most Mondays they responded back telling me they scheduled me a consultation for the next Monday at 2. I emailed back saying that that didn’t work for me and never heard back to reschedule. I tried calling and no answer. I then over the course of the weekend got two appointment reminder texts. And a confirmation email but no acknowledgment that that time didn’t work for me and needed to set up a different time. No emails back asking when was good for me and no phone call back. Then received a text thanking me for being interested in laser hair removal. And another text telling me I missed my appointment...

I'm more than sure the good google rating is from their own hired out marketing or employees. I've had professional hair removal done before, while living in another, major, city. It worked. I was looking for another session or two on those areas, and had new area. Believe me, 50% off is a marketing gimmick. They also will sell you on their machines, and reason why they start with full package because they "don't know work you've had done prior." I'm sure they are good laser machines, but there is a whole lotta marketing going on here. I was an educated consumer when I walked in their door, they didn't understand that, and tried to sell me more than I needed. I'm sure they actual laser hair removal they do is fine, but you can have done professionally and not get into such large packages that are sold to you as a great rate at 50% off.

Went here back in the end of December for a consultation and to inquire about Cool Sculpting. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! After hearing the convincing pitch sale and them talk it up so much on how I would see dramatic results and had the perfect dense tissue for it. I went through with it and even got convinced to add my flanks at such a great "discounted rate". They even tried to pitch me other services while I was literally in the process on the exam bed doing this one. Throughout the 3 month process that it "supposedly" takes to work I never seen ANY change. I made 3 calls to the office throughout that time voicing my concerns and was basically soothed and told to give it time and wait for post visit. That me being unhappy is not what they want. Post visit came and results didn't meanwhile I'm left with a $3,400 bill. They did nothing to rectify and even tried to insinuate that it was told to me that I would need 2 rounds. I would have never signed anything knowing I needed "2 rounds" costing 7 grand, NEVER. I could have looked into other options and went with lipo for 3,000. It was a huge scam and things that where never said in the 1st consultation were all of a sudden being stressed in this post op visit. This had absolutely no effect and they are not willing to do anything to make this satisfactory. They want me to pay to have it again, I can't believe this is the customer service that is being displayed. Trying to talk to the next manager above consist off "we can't give you the contact information but she will call you back in a couple days". And the review from a couple months ago is 100% accurate. Tommie Jo Williams is a current employee there giving a 5 star review... seems beyond shady and shouldn't even be allowed. This experience has been nothing short of disgraceful. Don't believe this hype.

First of all the price is rediculouse for something that may or may not work. $3500? Its $75 per area in Vegas. For 3500 you can fly there, have a great time, get it done and fly back...this place takes advantage
